If you have landed on this page, you want things to be different. You want to feel better about yourself. You are motivated for change and are ready to work. Your life is mostly good, you just see yourself as capable of being even better. If all of this sounds familiar, I’m your girl. We’ll work together to identify areas of growth (that’s fancy-talk for what the heck you want to change), and come up with how to get there, step-by-step. I can promise you the plan will include some sort of physical, body-centered form of wellness, as well as some general dietary philosophy if you’re into that sort of thing (note: I am NOT a registered dietician – if you are looking for detailed nutritional analysis/advice, please seek out a RD).
